Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for retrieving and processing patient data using FHIR (R4) and healthcare interoperability standards

Develop and enhance interoperability workflows supporting Release of Information (ROI), including identity matching, record discovery, and data delivery

Integrate with external EHR systems and healthcare networks using RESTful APIs, FHIR, and event-driven architectures

Modernize and maintain existing .NET-based services while supporting legacy system integrations where required

Own and contribute to technical roadmaps for interoperability components, balancing scalability, compliance, and delivery speed

Ensure systems are reliable, observable, and production-ready through strong engineering and testing practices

Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to translate healthcare requirements into technical solutions
