Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale the DevOps, IT, and Security functions

Define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term technology priorities

Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and infrastructure-as-code practices

Drive implementation of secure-by-design practices, compliance initiatives, risk management programs, and vulnerability management strategies

Ensure business continuity through high availability architecture, disaster recovery planning, and proactive system monitoring

Direct IT operations including end-user support, SaaS administration, automation initiatives, and internal systems management

Partner cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, and operations teams to align infrastructure, security, and IT strategies with organizational goals
