Key Responsibilities

Manage and support large Oracle database environments

Handle end-to-end database engineering and administration activities

Participate in project meetings and provide technical input

Work on project planning, timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Perform database upgrades, migrations, and version management

Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies using RMAN and Data Pump

Ensure data integrity and recovery readiness

Work with Oracle Data Guard configurations

Set up and manage Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters)

Support virtualized database environments

Monitor and optimize database performance

Create, review, and approve changes following ITIL processes

Provide change implementation and support

Act as a technical interface between project managers and clients

Translate business requirements into technical database solutions

Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executives

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands.
