Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for workflow failures and system errors across client environments
Monitor daily error reports, triage issues, and manage items on support boards
Resolve known technical issues using SOPs and escalate complex cases to senior teams
Manage and monitor data workflows between integrated systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency
Identify recurring issues and support development of SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce escalations
Act as liaison between internal teams and external technology partners, ensuring alignment and progress
Track integration and development projects, maintain visibility, and proactively follow up on open items
Maintain and update project trackers, flag blockers, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, process guides, and resolution libraries
Conduct API investigations, including reviewing documentation, mapping data fields, and preparing technical briefs
Perform preliminary scoping work for integration projects, reducing dependency on senior developers
Support internal API and tooling projects, including testing integrations and improving system connections
Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and system performance
