Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical implementation of SAP-based solutions

Configure and customize SAP environments using ABAP, BTP, workflows, and related technologies

Collaborate with product and development teams to contribute to feature design, enhancements, and ongoing product improvement

Act as a technical expert during pre-sales activities, delivering tailored demos and supporting solution positioning with prospective clients

Work closely with customers, project managers, and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout implementation and post-deployment phases

Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, demo environments, and implementation best practices
