DeepRec.ai are currently supporting a fast-growing Series B healthcare AI startup to expand their Data Engineering team. The company is 130 staff, with 35+ Data Engineers in the team currently. We are looking for multiple Senior Senior Data Engineer to join their team. They are actively working with large healthcare organizations across the U.S., helping them get more value from their data through AI-powered clinical tools. This work has a direct impact on how care is delivered, and the data teams sit at the centre of that.
This is a hands-on role. You will be building and owning data pipelines that feed real AI systems used by clinicians every day.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience building production data pipelines
- Strong Python programming skills (core requirement) for data transformation and pipeline development
- Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric
- Solid SQL skills (important, but secondary to Python)
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed processing tools
- Comfortable working with healthcare data formats and standards, or willing to learn quickly
- Experience with Azure cloud services
Useful but not essential
- Background in healthcare data or EHR systems
- Experience with modern lakehouse architectures
- Exposure to real-time data pipelines or message-based data feeds
- Experience in a SaaS or multi-tenant environment
