This role is focused on managing and growing high-value VIP player relationships across leading SIM (play money) gaming platforms. You will play a key role in driving retention, engagement, and long-term revenue performance within the most valuable player segments. Acting as both relationship manager and CRM operator, you will combine hands-on player communication with data-driven decision-making to optimize VIP experiences. The position requires a strong understanding of player behavior, lifecycle management, and personalized incentives in competitive gaming environments. You will work closely with CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to shape VIP strategies that directly influence business outcomes.
