Key Responsibilities

Lead and evolve multi-year growth strategies across a portfolio of enterprise B2B clients, aligning executive stakeholders on investment, objectives, and execution roadmaps.

Own and nurture C-level client relationships, ensuring trust, retention, and proactive management of churn risks through structured account governance.

Oversee integrated cross-channel planning across accounts, ensuring consistency in strategy, measurement, and investment allocation.

Review, refine, and approve senior-level strategic plans, including channel mix, forecasting assumptions, and performance trade-offs.

Lead executive presentations, pitches, and strategic discussions in partnership with business development and senior leadership.
