Key Responsibilities
Perform network security tasks
Administrative Daily Responsibilities: Review and execution of Firewall Service Requests (FSRs), break-fix tickets, and formal change requests
Infrastructure Modernization: Facilitating the decommissioning and 'refresh' of End-of-Life (EOL) hardware on a recurring basis
Compliance Maintenance: Implementing security controls and configurations to ensure agencies remain in alignment with IRS, FBI, and CJI compliance standards
Technical Skills Required
Palo Alto Firewalls Cisco ASA Firewalls Next-generation firewall features zones security policies S2S VPN Natting basic threat prevention routing protocols subnetting OSI model
