Key Responsibilities

Design and implement qualitative and mixed-methods evaluation activities aligned with program objectives.

Conduct primary data collection across multiple sites, facilitating key informant interviews and focus groups.

Develop and refine culturally relevant data collection instruments in both English and Spanish.

Maintain detailed qualitative codebooks for consistency and methodological rigor.

Perform qualitative and mixed-methods analyses to address evaluation questions.

Manage large datasets and prepare them for federal reporting.

Align evaluation activities with partner goals and federal requirements.

Lead the preparation of evaluation deliverables and high-quality dissemination materials.

Present evaluation methods and findings at national meetings.

Incorporate stakeholder experiences into evaluation design.

Ensure compliance with ethical research practices and federal requirements.

Coordinate data collection and interpretation across diverse settings.
