Senior Manager Controlling & Treasury (m/f/d) in GERMANY

We're looking for a Senior Manager Controlling and Treasury (m/f/d) remote in Germany.

How you'll be hosting with heart:

• In your role, you will be the owner for the setup, implementation and ongoing surveillance of the group consolidation process, intercompany reconciliations and IC debt management
• You will steer the monthly closing process from a controlling perspective, ensuring accurate, timely and informative investor reportings and rock solid foundations for steering the company
• You will forecast the group liquidity, improve our cash forecasting models and support in optimizing our liquidity streams while managing FX risks simultaneously
• Managing the relationships with our banking partners, ensuring we can expand into new products, will be part of your job as well.
• Teaming up with the VP Finance Operations, you will drive the annual budgeting process, install appropriate measures for deviation analysis and derive suggestions for improvements on an ongoing basis

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• After completing your studies, you have already gained relevant experience in a dynamic environment (banking, consulting, venture capital, private equity) for 4+ years.
• You communicate easily with internal and external stakeholders in English, having no problem using your communication skills in presentations. Additional fluent German skills are preffered.
• You are able to „zoom out“ to look at the bigger picture and can break down complex topics into „snackable“ pieces of information, making sure your findings become actionable to everybody.
• You have gathered solid financial modeling skills and first experiences in working with large data sets using Power BI / Tableau etc. or plain SQL
• You love to challenge the status quo, constantly improve and build a highly robust and automated finance function.
