Key Responsibilities

Manage incidents, service requests, and infrastructure changes under defined SLAs.

Provide administration and troubleshooting of Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).

Implement and maintain security policies, hardening standards, and access control frameworks.

Support LAN / WAN / WLAN enterprise environments in production settings.

Support Data Center network environments, including Cisco ACI architectures.

Execute infrastructure changes, upgrades, and improvement initiatives.

Perform troubleshooting in live production environments while minimizing business impact.

Contribute to maintaining high availability across global operations.

Technical Skills Required

Palo Alto Firewalls FortiGate Firewalls Cisco ACI Layer 2 / Layer 3 protocols Network security controls
