Key Responsibilities

Own KPI architecture, including definitions, lineage, SLAs, and decision-use cases, leveraging AI-assisted metric validation

Instrument, monitor, and operationalize leading indicators such as activation, adoption, time-to-value, and quality metrics

Lead structured root-cause analyses using Six Sigma, statistical methods, and AI-assisted pattern detection

Drive closed-loop improvement cycles to translate insights into actionable process and product enhancements

Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to support revenue modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis

Build decision-oriented dashboards, define measurement plans for experiments, and automate analytics workflows using BI and AI tools

Identify systemic delivery bottlenecks, reliability issues, and process inefficiencies, recommending corrective actions

Validate data sources, instrumentation, and telemetry to ensure accuracy, AI readiness, and KPI alignment
