Key Responsibilities
Develop DS&A strategies and use-case portfolios
Analyze health services research and design advanced analytics & ML models
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and provide training/enablement for functional departments
Conduct data evaluation and linkage
Design and review of classification, regression, prediction, and time-series models
Consult on promotional mix optimization, next best action, segmentation/targeting, experimental design (A/B testing), and impact measurement
Develop roadmaps for ML production readiness, CI/CD for ML, feature stores, model registry, monitoring (drift, performance), documentation, and handover standards for internal operations teams
Technical Skills Required
Python R SQL AWS (S3, Athena, SageMaker) Git CI/CD Power BI FHIR OMOP NLP/LLM Deep learning Recommender systems Bias/fairness assessments Reproducibility Audit readiness
