Senior Delivery Lead, Product Training

You will lead immersive, hands-on training and enablement sessions for enterprise clients, translating complex AI concepts—ranging from optimization and probabilistic forecasting to AI agents and workflow automation—into actionable insights. Beyond teaching, you will build starter models, develop repeatable curricula, and design frameworks that empower customers to solve real-world supply chain challenges. This is a highly collaborative position, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and customer teams, while also scaling the organization’s learning programs and establishing best practices.
