Job Description
Python Automation Test Engineer 100% Remote
Hiring Manager 'Must Haves'
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (experience within the gaming industry/startups ++, does not need to be AV)
- 2-3 years of experience in systems engineering / software development (might consider newer masters grads)
- Coding experience: python. SQL, triage, CI/CD pipelines; coding assessment will be part of the interview process
- Must have experience with robotics/mechanical engineering debugging and analyzing test simulations to navigate what went wrong
- All candidates must be comfortable with daily operational work (triage, reporting, etc.)
- HM will pass on candidates with shorter job tenure (1 year or less) even if this is a successfully completed contract
- HM does not want to review candidates focused on CAN/HIL testing for OEMS (not an in-vehicle testing role)
