Key Responsibilities

Lead the centralization of multi-source data including Retail POS, Shopify DTC, subscription programs, and marketing performance into a unified source of truth.

Architect and maintain scalable data models and reporting frameworks using SQL and modern data warehousing principles.

Build advanced, high-visibility dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track sell-through velocity, customer LTV, and marketing ROI.

Partner directly with Sales and Finance leadership to translate complex datasets into inventory planning and product launch strategies.

Analyze syndicated retail data (SPINS/Nielsen/IRI) to identify white-space opportunities and store-level performance trends.
