Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary strategic People partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and the Go-to-Market executive leadership team, aligning talent strategies with revenue growth and organizational priorities.

Lead and develop a global team of People Business Partners, fostering a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous development.

Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions to design and implement people strategies that support productivity, engagement, and retention.

Drive large-scale organizational design, transformation, and change initiatives that strengthen team effectiveness and align structures with business objectives.

Provide executive coaching and guidance on leadership development, talent planning, and complex people-related decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Recruiting, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Total Rewards to ensure integrated people programs that support business outcomes.

Define and monitor key workforce metrics such as sales productivity, leadership effectiveness, retention in critical roles, and time-to-productivity for new hires to measure the impact of talent initiatives.
