Director, Patient Strategy and Engagement

We are seeking a Director of Patient Strategy to lead the development and activation of patient-focused programs across the drug development and commercialization lifecycle. This role combines strategic thinking, deep patient insights, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the patient voice is embedded in all engagements. You will guide teams in designing actionable, high-impact initiatives, facilitate advisory boards, co-creation workshops, and journey mapping exercises, and translate scientific and behavioral insights into strategic recommendations. The role requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate across medical, strategy, creative, and account teams.
