As an Event Registration Manager at Swapcard, you will leverage your expertise in event registration and technology to drive client success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing registration programs that meet and exceed client goals, ensuring seamless and efficient event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation and Analysis: Engage with clients to collect, analyze, and interpret their goals and requirements for registration programs and workflows. Provide strategic guidance to align their objectives with industry best practices and our platform capabilities
- Project Design and Management: Lead the design and management of comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of service and solution deliverables
- System Configuration and Support: Configure, deliver, and support registration systems tailored to client specifications. Ensure robust quality assurance throughout the production and delivery process
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with internal technical and cross-functional teams, as well as external vendors, to guarantee project completion within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, helping to develop compelling RFP’s and presentations that highlight our registration solutions. Assist in identifying client needs and creating tailored solutions that drive sales success
Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or supporting registration programs for complex corporate, association, or user group events. At least 3 years of experience configuring registration platforms to meet specific client program and workflow requirements
- Skills: A critical thinker who is data-driven and experienced in managing projects that require active collaboration with client groups, sales teams, and multiple vendors
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on collaboration and the ability to work autonomously
- Mindset: A commitment to continuous improvement for yourself and your team. Service-oriented with empathy toward clients. Possess a startup mindset, ready to learn, adapt, and initiate quickly
- Personality: Passionate, proactive, and highly involved in your work. Optimistic and composed under pressure. Enjoy solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions
Technical Skills (Bonus):
- Web Technologies: Experience with HTML and CSS is highly desirable
- Programming: Knowledge of JavaScript will be a significant advantage
