Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver ML/LLM solutions end-to-end: fast prototyping, offline evaluation, and production rollout of models and agent workflows.

Build and iterate on AI agents (RAG, vector search, memory, tools) using clear benchmarks and product metrics to guide improvements.

Choose and implement the right approach for each problem (classical ML, LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agent architectures), defining data and labeling needs where required.

Work closely with the Python Platform team to productionize your solutions with clean service boundaries, monitoring, and scalability in mind.
