Senior People Analyst in SPAIN

We are seeking a Senior People Analyst to join the HR team of GFT's global business unit in our offices in Spain. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to continue their professional development in a collaborative and international environment.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Responsible for the monthly closing reports in HR including the preparation of reports at Group level
  • Active participation in quarterly reporting
  • Active support annual budget planning
  • Determination of key business figures and preparation of meaningful reports and analyses in Power BI
  • Participation in the implementation & further development of our Power BI-based planning tool
  • International cooperation with other HR departments in different countries
  • Support compensation process in SuccessFactors


Skills will help you to succeed:


  • A completed apprenticeship or a degree in business administration or similar, ideally with a focus on HR
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Strong analytical skills, a conceptual mindset and proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of HR compensation and benefits
  • Very good knowledge of English

  • Eager to learn and advance your professional career within the Finance area.
  • Well organised.
  • Good time management and prioritization of tasks
