Key Responsibilities

Lead business process discovery, mapping, and documentation across global Sales organizations in support of our CRM consolidation initiative.

Facilitate workshops and working sessions with global stakeholders to uncover and align business requirements.

Translate business needs into structured requirements documentation, including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and RevTech product management teams to support backlog refinement and prioritization.

Partner with internal and external project teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and are delivered successfully.

Maintain clear documentation of current state and future state processes, especially related to Salesforce functionality and Sales Enablement platforms.

Support Run-The-Business (RTB) initiatives on a smaller scale, ensuring operational continuity during the transformation period.

Contribute to business testing activities, UAT coordination, and validation of key use cases during rollout phases.

Work with DevOps and project delivery teams to ensure traceability between requirements, development, and testing.
