We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Marketing Team in Krailling (hybrid working model, part-time possible with min. 32h / week).

Your Mission

  • You craft and communicate a clear, compelling design vision that aligns with the EOS’s positioning, strategy, and brand identity while advocating for the design centricity as a key strategic element of our business.
  • In collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, you design projects in print, digital and event, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered to a high quality, on time and within budget.
  • You help manage a busy graphic desk, efficiently allocating design resources, whether internal or external, to execute projects effectively.
  • Project management tools and processes are implemented by you to streamline production and ensure smooth delivery across many concurrent projects.
  • In addition, you work closely with other EOS departments to oversee design initiatives, maintain elevated standards of vision and quality, and foster a unified brand identity across all channels of engagement including industrial, software, and experience design.
  • Finally, you collaborate with, guide and mentor individuals within the design team to foster their development, as well as advocate for design maturity across the organization.

Your Talents

  • Several years of experience in design, ideally in a similar relevant industry or sector, with a significant portion in a senior role
  • Expert knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Figma
  • Good understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing timelines, resources, and budgets, as well as a background in working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
