With the help of our trusted networks of landlords and partners.Your role & ImpactThe purpose of this role is to empower commercial teams with insights and recommendations to grow our marketplace and get the most of our team.Collaborate closely with the commercial teams to translate business questions into analyses, synthesise insights and develop recommendations to drive business results.Define, develop and monitor the key metrics to measure operational performance and business outcomes, and identify drivers for changes in these metricsEnsure business questions are addressed in the most effective format (ad-hoc deep-dive, recurring analysis, dashboards, self-serving tools)Empower stakeholders to independently leverage data for business insights via dashboards and self-serving tools, in close collaboration with the Analytics Engineering and Business Intelligence teams.Develop dashboards and reports that support operational business processes.Support commercial team OKR planning and measurement.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing analytical processes and methodologiesYour profile5+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or equivalent role with a strong data/analytics component.Analytical mindset, combined with good business sense and orientation.A good communicator who can present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to different audiencesSelf-starter with strong project and time management skills.Proficient in SQL and Google Sheets, and experience with dash boarding tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.)Advanced knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (Python, R, etc.) is a plusPrevious experience in a high-growth, fast-paced tech company is a big plus.What’s in it for youDiverse international community (46+ nationalities).Unlimited paid holidays, minimum-based not maximum.Complete coverage for commuting.Personal equipment, including laptop and ergonomic setup.Relocation support & 30% ruling application assistance.Gym membership discount with GoVital or OneFit.Dutch/English classes budget.Fun team-building and after-work drinks every Friday.How did you know this position (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, our job board)?
