Key Responsibilities

Support with identifying scope of local learning by analyzing Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Assessments.

Build and execute local learning plans integrated into the overall Organizational Change Management plan as needed.

Steer local change colleagues regarding local learning requirements.

Analyze and engage stakeholders on Training Needs Analysis.

Manage scheduling and Train-the-Trainer sessions for both mandatory and local learning.

Act as a primary contact for countries concerning queries on mandatory training or local learning.

Ensure quality assurance of local learning materials to drive expected outcomes across regions.

Promote best practices by sharing lessons learned and encouraging the reuse of tailored materials.
