Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Windows Server environments, including patching and Windows updates
Provide technical support for PCs, servers, VMware ESXi hosts, NAS systems, and video conferencing tools
Diagnose, repair, and resolve hardware and software issues; communicate effectively with impacted departments
Support network monitoring, troubleshooting, and outage resolution, escalating issues as needed
Collaborate with network architects on system and network optimization initiatives
Research and recommend innovative or automated solutions to improve system administration efficiency
Maintain accurate system documentation and assist with updates as required by management
Participate in continuous learning through training, professional publications, and technical communities
Perform corrective actions for system issues and contribute to operational improvements
Support additional IT and system-related tasks as assigned
