Key Responsibilities

Lead the Core Analytics team, scaling team size, defining roles, and fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and technical excellence

Design, implement, and migrate to a next-generation analytics warehouse, including modeling patterns, semantic layers, and metric definitions

Establish analytics engineering standards, data quality processes, validation practices, and governance frameworks

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and product requirements into scalable, trusted analytics solutions

Build data models and semantic layer objects for both exploratory flexibility and production-grade rigor

Support analytics infrastructure for multiple products and embedded client-facing analytics solutions

Mentor and develop team members through structured reviews, growth planning, and skills gap management
