Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Smart Contract Developer. As a Smart Contract Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing smart contracts in Solidity (EVM compatible blockchains) and Rust (Solana and Near blockchains). You will also be involved in digital marketing activities, smart contract integration with websites, and creating product showcase videos.

We are now looking for candidates with solid rust/ solidity experience to join our tech team. You will join a culturally diverse team where you will be responsible for buildingour products for our users.

Who Are We Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, experienced in web 3/ crypto will be a huge advantage
• 1+ years of Solidity smart contract development experience, ideally on Solana
• Knowledge of secure Solidity development patterns for tokens and DeFi protocols will be a plus
• Good knowledge of smart contract development tools/frameworks (Truffle, Hardhat)
• Experience using smart contract auditing tools (MythX, other)
• Good documentation practices
• Team player who would not be afraid to take initiative
• It would be even better if you have experience in Developing and contributing to open source projects (incl. but not limited to Solidity open source codebases)
• DeFi protocols mechanics and smart contract codebases, and/or digital assets/payments and other token standards
• Knowledge/understanding of cross-chain interoperability techniques (HTLC, bridging)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solidity and Rust
• Experience in smart contract development
• Knowledge of EVM compatible blockchains (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.)
• Familiarity with Solana and Near blockchains
• Understanding of decentralized applications (dApps)
• Experience with smart contract integration with websites
• Ability to create product showcase videos
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in blockchain-related projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
