We are currently looking for a Network Administrator (m/f/d) to support our client in the greater Hamburg area. The position can mainly be carried out remotely and is to be filled full-time.
YOUR TASKS
Implementation, administration, configuration and operation of network components (routers, switches, access gateways) and security gateways (Cisco FWSM and ASA)
Administration, configuration, operation and maintenance of additional services in network environments (e.g. Qos, TACACS)
Replacement and adaptation of outdated hardware and software in line with technical progress, taking into account operational requirements
Conceptual implementation of changed security requirements
YOUR PROFILE
In-depth specialist knowledge of the subject area of service provider networks, multiplayer switched networks, theoretical knowledge to the level of a CCNP service provider
Detailed and in-depth knowledge and experience of several other specialist areas (e.g. MPLS networks, SRv6, SD-WAN, encryption technologies, TACACS, monitoring systems/software, documentation tools)
Detailed and in-depth knowledge in the analysis of problems
Good knowledge of data protection and data security
