About the Opportunity

An Ops Engineer is responsible for ensuring our employees and systems' smooth operation and maintenance. 

Tasks:

• Asset management (acquisition and control of equipment).
• Automation of routine tasks (scripts for provisioning workstations, device management).
• Technical support for internal employees across all locations (Slack, Zoom, etc).
• Ensuring compliance with security policies on workstations.
• Maintenance of cloud accounting platform.
• Writing instructions for internal employees.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience of at least 3 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
• Proficiency in Windows and MacOS administration.
• Knowledge (preferably experience) in scripting with PowerShell or Bash.
• Basic knowledge of Linux (such as accessing servers, reading logs, modifying configurations, and restarting daemons).
• Knowledge (preferably experience) of any CI server (such as Github, Gitlab, Teamcity).
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud services (license assignment, Azure), AWS.
• English proficiency is a must (B2/C1 level, conversational skills preferred; support is mainly conducted through Slack, but occasional phone calls may be required).
• Quick response time to requests is a must
• Ability to work with AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to automate tasks, generate scripts, and improve operational efficiency.
