Technically shape our product and support architectural decisions in collaboration with product management
Lead a part of our software and quality engineers (up to 12 people) — our leadership onboarding will prepare you for this task; be your direct reports’ partner in their professional development
Drive development and contribute to the transformation of our application into a service-oriented solution
Be a technically excellent partner to internal stakeholders including professional services, CloudOps, and customer service
Stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends in the software engineering domain, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our product and processes.
Your Experience:
University degree in Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably working on product lines
Team lead experience is a plus, particularly if you’ve supported colleagues to “outgrow” you
Strong understanding of Cloud-native application architectures and programming by contract
In-depth knowledge of Java, Eclipse OSGi and other modularization frameworks, gRPC, Docker, GitLabCI, Bash scripting; knowing Flutter, Dart is a plus
Ability to design, implement, and maintain SW products based on user experience and business value

Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowing German is a plus
