MadLab, a leading remote-based company, is currently seeking a proactive and talented Recruitment Sourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Your primary focus will be on attracting passive candidates and building a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. online job boards, social media, databases) to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
Engage and build relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies
Attend job fairs and industry events to network and promote MadLab as an employer of choice
Requirements
Prior experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including online job boards, social media, and Boolean search
Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Self-motivated and proactive approach to sourcing
Knowledge of remote and distributed workforce recruitment is a plus
