Job Description
As a Fullstack Developer, you will be at the heart of digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector, shaping and enhancing web applications that drive innovation. Working in an agile, international environment, you will contribute to high-impact projects while ensuring the highest standards of code quality and maintainability. This role is based in Warsaw, with 1-2 days per week on-site.

Your tasks
- Developing new and innovative features for web applications using modern Fullstack technologies
- Analysing and resolving bugs, ensuring continuous improvement and robust application performance
- Participating in backlog refinement, story estimation, and slicing to ensure efficient delivery
- Sharing knowledge, best practices, and reusable solutions with your team to foster collaboration
- Documenting technical architecture, implementation choices, and development patterns
- Collaborating within an international team, communicating effectively in English and Polish
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Fullstack development
- Strong expertise in Java (12+) and Spring Framework
- Proficiency in Angular (12+) for dynamic front-end development
- Hands-on experience with Oracle & PostgreSQL databases
- Familiarity with hexagonal architecture and clean coding principles
- Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, private cloud environments
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies (SCRUM) and software craftsmanship practices (TDD, BDD, Clean Code, SOLID principles)
- Fluency in Polish and English required
- Residing in Poland required
