📍 Lisbon, Portugal | Full-Time | Hybrid (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement optimization solutions for high-value advertising customers.
- Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations.
- Analyze performance data at account and campaign level to drive optimization decisions.
- Develop performance reports to support optimization strategies and customer goals.
- Apply best-practice optimization techniques across Search, GSN, Mobile, and Video.
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities within customer accounts.
- Maintain strong knowledge of internal processes, policies, and platform updates.
- Demonstrate innovation by identifying areas for operational or performance improvement.
Must-Have:
- Professionally fluent German (C1) and fluent English (minimum B2).
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or campaign optimization roles.
- Experience working in a B2B environment with active use of online advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to learn and apply complex product, process, and policy information.
- Strong work ethic, quality-driven mindset, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Google Ads (AdWords) Search Fundamentals certification.
- Strong interest in emerging digital marketing trends and advertising technologies.
