What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with Finance, Sales, Retail, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements across ERP, Revenue Cloud, and POS systems
• Analyze and optimize order-to-cash, billing, and revenue recognition processes across Salesforce and ERP platforms
• Support the implementation and enhancement of POS systems integrated with Salesforce and ERP
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition modules
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor system performance and business outcomes
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product or Business Analyst in ERP, Salesforce, or POS environments
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Revenue Recognition)
• Familiarity with POS systems and their integration with CRM and ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of revenue operations, retail sales processes, and financial systems
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud ERP
• Experience with POS platforms such as Oracle Retail, Square, or custom retail systems
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Administrator)
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence
