About The Role
We’re looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce/Shopify Manager with exceptional operations and admin experience, organizational skills, attention to detail, and Shopify expertise. You’ll be responsible for minimizing operational load on your client, managing all things Shopify, and presenting research to internal teams. To succeed in this role, you *must* have deep experience with assisting in the e-commerce operations of an e-commerce/Shopify brand.
Key Responsibilities
Support the eCommerce Director in daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, product tagging, and customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
Oversee product listings, prices, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various online platforms
Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates
Collaborate with the eCommerce Director to develop and execute digital marketing and advertising strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and grow the customer base
Work to improve customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely responses to customer feedback
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers to maintain an efficient and user-friendly website
Present decks or other presentations to internal team members in a clear and concise manner
Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
MUST-HAVE: 3+ years in a operational/admin role for an e-commerce/Shopify brand
Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
Outstanding project management, organizational and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
Nice-to-have: experience with Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Excel, and other e-commerce tools/platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart
