Remote Quality Analyst

• Job Title: Quality Analyst (Remote)

• Employment Type: Remote, part-time contract

• Location: Remote within United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. You must be legally authorised to work in the country where you are based.

• Compensation: USD 5,000–8,000 per month full-time equivalent, prorated for part-time hours based on location, experience, responsibilities, and performance.

About the Role

This remote role supports day-to-day operational, content, research, data, and AI-related tasks. Responsibilities include organising information, reviewing AI-generated outputs, assisting with documentation, and maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with content preparation, online research, basic analysis, operations support, AI-output review, documentation, and coordination.
• Review, organize, and update information (including AI responses) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Evaluate AI-generated text for clarity, correctness, tone, and usefulness per provided guidelines.
• Draft or refine written content, prompts, instructions, or documentation in clear, professional English.
• Communicate clearly with team members via written/verbal channels with timely updates.
• Use digital tools (email, spreadsheets, project management) to track work and support projects.

• Strong command of written English and professional communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written guidelines/rubrics consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across projects.
• Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and productivity platforms.
• Training provided; interest in operations/research/content/AI helpful.
