Mobile QA Engineer (iOS & Android) – 6-Month Contract | Remote
A major professional sports organization is looking for a Mobile QA Engineer to support testing across its iOS and Android apps. This role focuses on both manual and automated testing and plays a key part in delivering high-quality mobile experiences used by a large, national audience.
Responsibilities:
• Test native iOS and Android applications across multiple devices and OS versions
• Build and execute test plans, cases, and automated scripts (Appium/BrowserStack)
• Log and track bugs with clear, reproducible steps
• Perform performance, stability, and compatibility testing
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows (GitLab)
• Conduct API testing using Postman
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience testing native mobile apps (iOS + Android)
• Strong hands-on work with Appium, BrowserStack, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Xcode, Android Studio, and mobile debugging
• Agile and Jira experience
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Contract: 6 months
Location: Fully remote
