🚀 Product Engineer (Founding Product Engineer) | Build the Future of AI Agents 🚀
Are you a 'Grinder' with a Founder's fire? Our Client is looking for the FIRST Product Engineer to own the 0 $\to$ 1 launch of a revolutionary consumer-facing AI product!
Location: San Francisco (On-site)
The Mission: Democratize Data Access
Our Client built the best APIs for real-time people and company data, hitting $4M ARR in 9 months by catering to less than 1% of their potential market. Now, they're building a new, self-serve layer to democratize access for everyone.
You will be the architect and builder of a "Lovable" product that allows users (HR, Sales, Web Ops) to simply input prompts and have powerful, deterministic AI agents automatically built for them, leveraging the Client's robust data infrastructure. This is a massive, new revenue stream that you will unlock.
What You'll Own (0 $\to$ 1):
- Lead the Build: Design and implement the core architecture and algorithms for creating AI agents on the fly from natural language.
- End-to-End Ownership: Own product strategy, user discovery, rapid prototyping, shipping, iteration, and metrics.
- GTM Partnership: Work directly with Sales/GTM/CS teams to define high-leverage workflows.
- Ship Quality UX: Build production-quality, fast, simple, and correct user experiences.
🔥 Who We're Looking For:
- 5+ Years shipping impactful, production-grade software (full-stack experience essential).
- Proven 0 $\to$ 1 Product Experience (user discovery, prototyping, and launch).
- Sales/GTM Alignment: Direct experience collaborating with Go-to-Market teams is highly beneficial.
- Founder Mentality: A true grinder, driven by the excitement of uncovering unknowns (minus the founder risk!).
- Startup Ready: Prior experience at Series A/B+ stage or beyond.
