How you'll make an impact:

· Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across Clarion North America - from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding - typically managing 5-15 active searches at a time.

· Partner closely with hiring managers at all levels to forecast hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and deliver a smooth, consistent hiring process.

· Develop and execute sourcing strategies that tap into multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

· Champion our employer brand by promoting Clarion as a “best place to work” and delivering an engaging, inclusive candidate experience.

· Train and coach hiring teams on interviewing best practices and equitable selection methods.

· Track and report on recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve results.

· Support DEIB hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive sourcing and interview practices.

· Contribute to HR and talent projects, helping strengthen our overall People & Culture strategy.

· Represent Clarion at events and career fairs, occasionally traveling to company shows or industry networking events each quarter.

The skills & experience you'll need:

· 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years managing or leading a talent acquisition function or team.

· Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders, including at the C-Suite level

· Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of modern recruiting tools and platforms.

· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organization skills.

· Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· A data-driven, continuous-improvement mindset.

· Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.

· Ability to travel a few times each quarter to different events and shows our company runs to be able to see them and meet the teams, and go to various job fairs/career fairs in key locations for recruitment

What’s in it for me?

· $85,000–$95,000 total compensation annually including bonus, commensurate with experience, plus benefits

· 100% Remote or Hybrid if near Tulsa, Shelton, or NJ Offices

· Generous 15 days PTO & 21 Company-paid Holidays: this includes the entire week of July 4th AND the entire last week of the year off.

· A full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, HSA (plus employer contribution), and FSA.
