Working Hours: Dutch office hours

JobMark is a fast-growing platform where companies can post jobs and freelancers can apply, manage shifts, track hours, and get paid instantly. Our ecosystem includes a React Native mobile app, Laravel client and admin portals, real-time communication, Stripe Connect payments, video meetings, and social features. We are now entering our next phase: scalability, stability, and technical structure.

For this, we are looking for a CTO who can take full technical ownership and lead our technology forward.

The Role

As CTO, you are responsible for the complete technical strategy, architecture, and execution inside JobMark. You lead the development roadmap, guide the dev team, ensure product quality, and make key decisions on tools, infrastructure, and processes. You work directly with the founder and act as the technical backbone of the company.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision, strategy, and system architecture

• Lead and mentor the development team, including planning and code reviews

• Improve and structure workflows across mobile, web, and backend

• Ensure high performance, stability, security, and scalability of the platform

• Oversee integrations such as Stripe Connect, Twilio, ZEGOCLOUD, Firebase

• Manage implementation of new features and product improvements

• Establish coding standards, QA processes, release pipelines, and DevOps practices

• Address technical risks, challenges, and roadmap priorities

• Maintain documentation, versioning structure, and deployment processes

• Collaborate closely with QA and UI/UX to translate designs and requirements into a stable, user-friendly product

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Technical Lead, Senior Engineer, or CTO with a strong track record in scaling products

• Strong knowledge of Laravel, PHP, React Native, MySQL, and API architecture

• Experience with payment flows, identity verification, and compliance (Stripe experience is a bonus)

• Proven ability to manage and elevate development teams

• Strategic, structured, solution-oriented, and highly communicative

• Able to balance technical depth with business priorities

• Fully available during Dutch office hours

• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
