Senior Digital/UX Designer (Remote, 3+ Months)

Title: Sr. Digital/UX Designer

Location: 100% Remote (PST preferred; MST/CST acceptable)

Start Date: ASAP (within 1–2 weeks)

Duration: 3+ months (starting at 20 hours / week, may ramp to 30-40)

Compensation Range: $45 - $50 / hour W2

Job Description:

Seeking a seasoned Sr. Digital/UX Designer to create engaging, brand-consistent digital assets and web experiences during the busy holiday season. This role blends creative design with user-centered principles and fast-paced execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design responsive web assets, landing pages, and emails in Figma from concept to final delivery.
• Develop and leverage design systems, templates, and component libraries.
• Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand standards across digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing, and eCommerce teams via Teams.
• Execute Photoshop edits and prepare assets for review and approval.
• Manage multiple deadlines while allowing time for thoughtful revisions.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of UX/design experience focused on digital and web platforms.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual design ability with attention to usability and detail.
• Experience in Workfront and Microsoft Teams.
• Proven track record designing for emails, landing pages, and paid assets.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, marketing-driven environments (e.g., retail, consumer products, creative agencies).
• A portfolio showcasing colorful, clean, and engaging design work.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with e-commerce campaigns or toy/education industries.
• Background in education, seasonal retail, or marketing campaign design.
• Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge.
