What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end Spanish payroll — from data collection and processing to statutory filings, approvals, and payments.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all things related to Spanish payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Payroll Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Handle reconciliations and payroll accounting tasks with precision.
• Keep payroll data clean, consistent, and audit-ready.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency projects across the payroll function.
• Provide occasional support to regional payroll leads when needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience managing Spanish payroll, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Spanish labor law, tax, and compliance.
• Skilled in tools like SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail with a knack for problem-solving.
• Comfort working asynchronously and independently in a remote-first culture.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
