Position: Technical/Engineering Recruiter

Job#: 43990

Duration: Full-Time/Direct Hire

Location: Remote (Onshore or Offshore)

Pay Rate: Salary + Commission (W2 Only)

HOURS: MON-FRI 8am - 5pm (CST)

Seeking to hire talented and experienced Recruiter with proven expertise in sourcing and vetting candidates across Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Controls Engineering, CAD Design/Drafting, and Industrial Manufacturing Construction Management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of Recruiting, managing all phases of the recruiting life-cycle, including screening/processing candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating relocation, pay rates and extending offers.

• Must have experience sourcing/vetting Information Technology and Light Industrial Mfg Engineers

• Experience using ATS, updating candidates details, resumes and correspondences

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Self driven person, able to work under pressure and independently

• Experience using MS Word, Excel and PPT
