We are conducting a search for a Principal Designer to drive the creative force responsible for winning major corporate projects in the dynamic DACH market.
This is a critical, dual-focus leadership role, balancing exceptional design expertise with proven business acumen. The successful candidate will operate as both the creative Pitch Lead and the strategic Design Strategist, directly engaging with and convincing C-level clients to secure new business and project acquisition.
