Financial Analyst in CYPRUS

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, control, and decision-making processes to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational improvements.
• Utilize knowledge of card processing and acquiring business to analyze transaction data, monitor revenue streams, and identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of financial budgets, targets, and goals to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Operations, and Marketing, to gather financial data, provide insights, and support business initiatives.
• Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls to identify and suggest control enhancements and efficiency opportunities to assist the organization achieve its objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.
• Support in standardizing, simplifying, and automating the reporting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using Excel and financial software (e.g., ERP systems). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data and information.
• Knowledge of card processing and acquiring business, including transaction processing and payment network dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive working relationships.
