About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Python Developer who thrives on turning complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Delivery Lead/Platform Owner and agile teams to enhance automation frameworks, streamline processes, and build integrations that make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and optimize automation tools using Python and modern frameworks.
- Analyse business processes and develop innovative, efficient solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Python-based automation systems for performance and reliability.
- Develop robust API integrations and data workflows to connect systems seamlessly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment from ideation to delivery.
- Occasionally contribute to front-end development using JavaScript/React.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience, particularly in automation.
- Strong grasp of system integration, data flows, and API-based architectures.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills – you’ll be working with English-speaking teams and clients.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

- Experience with frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI, or Airflow.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/React is a plus.
