About the Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll play an important role in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll collaborate with global teams to ensure all initiatives align with the brand’s goals and voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategies.
• Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports.
• Support event coordination and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital media (internships welcome).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
