Responsibilities
- Design and implement new Zapier Zaps to automate business processes effectively.
- Maintain and enhance existing Zaps to ensure they function seamlessly and meet evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with Zaps and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Document automation processes and maintain clear and accurate records of all Zaps and their functionalities.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience with Zapier or similar No-Code-Tools
- English proficiency of level B1 or higher
- EU Citizenship or EU Work Permit
- Willing to work on-site in Wrocław
Compensation As a No-Code Automation Specialist
Approximate Salary: PLN 10000 - 24800 – net/month – B2B contract
Approximate Salary: PLN 8200 - 20400 – gross/month – Permanent employment contract
Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Workbase. You may also be eligible for incentives, in the form of monthly team performance bonuses (up to 35% more salary), virtual company stock (stock options), profit sharing and or long-term cash awards.

Preferred (but not mandatory) Skills and Experience:
- You have completed a technical degree at a university, an IT-related apprenticeship, or are self-taught with relevant experience. Alternatively, you might have gained pertinent skills through work in an agency or as a freelancer.
- You have a solid understanding of automation platforms, with a particular focus on Zapier. Experience with other automation tools is also beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the willingness and ability to rapidly learn new technologies and tool sets
- Experience identifying operational issues and recommending & implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- While not the primary focus, knowledge of basic programming concepts, especially related to API interactions (JavaScript or Python), is advantageous.
- Experience with data parsing and manipulation techniques, understanding of JSON and API interactions.
- Deeply passionate about automation and building great processes.
- Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving team environment.
